For security, keep the deadbolt in the locked position (up/down) when you are not using this door. ALSO, upon checking out of the condo, please ensure this backdoor is securely closed (pull it real tight) and that the deadbolt is in the locked position (up/down).
You will be provided a code for the back door lock at check in. Touch the black area with your finger and a number grid will appear. You might have to touch the black area a few times to get the grid to appear. Once the grid appears enter the code and then press the # . The door will then unlock for about 15 seconds. Open the door during this 15 second period
